OH MY GOSH!!! THIS IS THE BEST CAKE EVER AND I MEAN EVER!!! I HAD A RUM CAKE ALMOST 30YRS AGO FROM THIS COMPANY AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THEY HAVE ONLY IMPROVED OVER TIME!!!! TO BAD MY MARRIAGE DIDNT LAST AND TASTE AS GOOD,LOL!!!!! EVERY FLAVOR, EVERY FILLING I HAVE TRIED I HAVE LOVED, NOT LIKED, LOVED!!!!

Seriously, this cake is unbelievable. We had like 15 people at our place and no one could believe how tasty this cake was. Super moist. Yummy filling. Not too sweet. I don't even like cake and this was one of my favorite desserts I can remember.

This cake is soooo good! Tastes just like a cannoli, but even better. I love the chocolate chips in the filling. The frosting was so light and not too sweet. The cake was moist and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I would definitely order this again!

I have had Cathy's rum cakes before but never have I ever had such a fantastic flavor combo for the filling. It truly tasted like a cannoli with chocolate wrapped around the moistest cake ever. Very pleased with how elegantly the cake was decorated as it was for my daughter's 15th wedding anniversary and Lisa suggested the gold frosting and autumn leaves.
It was ready as early as 9:00 a.m. the day before we served it and was the perfect temperature when we served it at 4:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving.I highly recommend the chocolate cannoli cake.

Chocolate Cannoli cake was the perfect balance of rich yellow cake, silky chocolate, and cream filling with chocolate chips to make it better than any cannoli I have ever eaten. Lisa's signature frosting was just the right sweetness to finish this amazing cake. I highly recommend this cake!!!
