Amazing customer service and a delicious cake!
Lisa's Rum Cake truly goes above and beyond! First, her cakes are amazing. I've had at least 6 of the flavors, and they're all delicious. Each cake is fresh, beautifully decorated, and Lisa goes the extra mile in making sure the cakes look beautiful, including putting ribbons and dots of frosting in matching colors on the top of the cake. I always know I can count on a delicious cake that puts grocery store bought cakes to shame!! During my most recent experience, I called on a Thursday afternoon for a Friday delivery, trying to get a cake to my mom for her birthday, and I needed it delivered because I live out of town. Staff was friendly, courteous, and arranged it all without any issues! The cake was delivered at the time promised and my mom loved it! I recommend Lisa Rum Cakes wholeheartedly and look forward to purchasing many more cakes in the future! Thank you again for such a great experience!

Thank you Lisa! The cake was wonderful. What a spectacular centerpiece for the Surprise Celebration! The sparkles on the frosting were really beautiful too. Very Impressive.
Most importantly, It was delicious. I don't know how you make such a decadent cake that is not too soft, but still moist. The frosting was also very light and a perfect accent to the rich chocolate.

Wonderful experience and fantastic cake
We called Lisa's Rum Cakes at 10:40 am last Saturday, 20 minutes before their closing time. We were in desperate need of a delicious cake for our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. They instructed us to head down and that they would get us taken care of. Sure enough they did! They stayed an extra hour after closing time, just to ensure we had a beautiful cake to take to the party. It was so fun to interact with the staff as they made our cake. Needless to say, it was a hit at the party too! The cake was so moist, and the rum filling was to die for. We have been devouring these cakes for over 15 years and now that they offer cuts (individual slices of the cakes), we are going to be by even more often!
