Our pumpkin spice cakes have three layers of moist yellow cake separated by two layers of our "new generation" pumpkin spice custard. Sheet cakes have two layers of cake and one layer of filling.

All Lisa's Rum Cakes are quick-frozen to preserve quality and freshness until you choose to defrost and serve them.
