   I was impressed with Cathy's rum cakes back in the day. I have to admit Lisa has raised the bar a tad higher. I was mostly impressed with her wilingness to take my order over the phone after business hours. As for the cake, it was delish. My family thoroughly enjoyed it.

   I had tried Lisa's Rum Cakes at a wedding recently. I was so impressed I ordered one for myself. I ordered the Neapolitan cake. It was everything I remembered from the wedding reception. Fresh and so full of flavor! Thank you Lisa's Rum Cakes!

5. A Delicious, Decadent Cake!!!

   I ordered two cakes for a baby shower - the Neapolitan and Amaretto Marble Chip. They were both delicious, moist & decadent and both received rave reviews from the guests and mommy to be. The Amaretto Marble Chip is my personal favorite and the guests devoured the Neapolitan. I placed the order over the phone and Lisa was fabulous, excellent customer service, the decorations were beautiful with the Pink Baby adornments. YUMMY... I have NEVER been disappointed with anything from this family owned business.

6. Mom's 89th Birthday Cake a Huge Success

   Usually I make the cakes in our house, but this time I wanted to surprise my mother with something really special. I bought a Neapolitan 6" cake the afternoon of her birthday. The owners were there and were so nice, helpful, and it was just wonderful sitting and talking with them while they iced and decorated it. Talk about beautiful. That night, I cut pieces for all of us and put them on the table and told everyone we'll have dessert in about 1/2 hour because since I didn't order the cake ahead of time, the extra one I bought was frozen. Mom was sitting at the table looking at it on her plate and she took a little piece, and you could tell by her face it was terrific. She said try it, it was still frozen in the inside but it was great. So we both tried it too, and we all started eating it. The flavor was amazing. Needless to say we ate it before it was completely defrosted. But we have to admit, the next day it tasted even better. Next cake I buy will definitely be another Lisa's Rum Cake, I'm hooked. Thanks so much for making my Mom's 89th birthday to special.

7. Best flavor, best dessert!

   Before Lisa's, we were lifelong fans of Cathy's cakes and catering. We used a Groupon to try this version and loved it more than any other we have ever tried. We took it to a party with friends and they are now converts to Lisa's Rum cake and Neopolitan. Yum
   
   So worth the drive from Desert Ridge.

    This was the best cake we all have ever tasted I got the strawberry with rum custard filling, it was so light & fluffy, everyone was saying that they wanted a Lisa's rum cake for their next occasion. I'm just sorry I hadn't gotten one sooner. keep up the good work Lisa !
