However, we are unable to use our forecasting techniques for these short notice orders. We DO NOT mass produce or keep an inventory of cakes because everything is made fresh. As a small business, forecasting allows us to buy our premium materials in larger quantities. That being said, we do not want to raise the cost of all our products in order to cover the extra expenses of fulfilling last minutes orders, which also includes overtimes for our employees.</p><p><br>Thus, we have decided to apply a small rush fee to orders placed less than 48 business hours in advance. 			<description><![CDATA[<p><em><strong>The Haley</strong></em> is aptly named after our elegant and enthusiastic bride, who wed her soulmate on December 1, 2017. Haley chose a design that was unlike any other we had previously created. Full of texture and rustic vibes, it showcased the excellence of handcrafted lines and simplistic elegance. Not just for weddings, it's great for baby showers, birthday, anniversaries, and more. Some design modifications we love are: heavier texture (more lines), fresh florals, frosting roses, greenery, pearl dot borders, and custom cake toppers to name a few. Also, our bride Haley chose for her cake to be done in ivory colored frosting, but the design looks equally wonderful in white, champagne, and blush. Haley chose a design that was unlike any other we had previously created. Full of texture and rustic vibes, it showcased the excellence of handcrafted lines and simplistic elegance. Some design modifications we love are: heavier texture (more lines), fresh florals, frosting roses, greenery, pearl dot borders, and custom cake toppers to name a few. Also, our bride Haley chose for her cake to be done in ivory colored frosting, but the design looks equally wonderful in white, champagne, and blush.
