Terms

Checking the "Yes" box authorizes an electronic debit in the amount of the Grand Total shown in the shopping cart.  This withdrawal will be processed using the regular banking system.  If your payment is returned unpaid, you will be charged a returned item fee up to the maximum allowed by law.  If you have any questions at any time, you may call us as 480-304-5077 during *business hours.  Do you authorize the Transaction?  (check "Yes").

All purchases are subject to the terms below and credit card authorization before your order is valid. We reserve the right to cancel or change orders that do not meet these terms. Our Shopping Cart does NOT limit orders that fail to meet these terms, it is the Customer’s responsibility to correctly apply these terms when ordering.

Please Note: Make sure you have applied any coupons/discounts before submitting your order. Once you have submitted your order, we cannot go back and adjust the price.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Lisa's Rum Cake reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not accept returns.  However, if you have a problem, we do expect you to bring back a majority of the cake for us to analyze and correct the problem.  With that said, if you have a problem with one of our products please call our store to let us know the details.  We do not warrant problems outside our control (i.e. you don't like the flavor you chose, bananas turn dark, etc.), but if there is a problem within our control expect us to "make it right."  We offer in-store credit for the product you purchased, which can be re-ordered at a later date.  

PLEASE NOTE: Banana's are not preserved in any way and will turn dark, as they naturally ripen.  We make a point to tell Customers up-front so they can select another flavor if they choose to do so.  If you select bananas in your cake, please be aware that there will be NO REFUNDS or ADJUSTMENTS whatsoever!

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY

If you need to cancel your order, we offer in-store credit ONLY, for the full amount paid. No exceptions. Cancellations for wedding cakes & custom orders less than 72 hours from pick-up date are not be eligible for any in-store credit.

*By submitting an order, you agree to our policies and acknowledge that our store hours for pick-up are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am.  We are closed on Sundays and major holidays (click on "Hours" in menu above for a list).

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you do not come to our shop to pick-up your order on the date you selected, we will hold hold your products in our freezer for up to one week maximum. Please be curtious and call us if you know you cannot come pick-up your cake the day you chose, or you wish to postpone your order. Orders not picked-up within the one week period will be discarded and not remade. No in-store credit will be offered for no-shows.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

If you are ordering CUTS® to be shipped, you acknowledge you have provided an accurate shipping address, email for tracking notifications, and notification phone number. Please see our Shipping page for more info before submitting your order.
