The cake was just as good as we remembered and my husband was in hog heaven as it has always been his favorite. It was the only thing he wanted for his birthday and when I found out that Kathy's Rum Cakes had gone out of business, I was stumped as to what to do. The internet is a wonderful thing which is where I found Lisa's Rum Cakes! Thank you for carrying on your mother's cake business for all of us that are addicted to those delicious cakes.
