Whether you're a total novice or just looking to improve your skills, this rum-of-a-kind course offers a welcoming and relaxed environment to explore your creativity-no prior experience needed.
Guided by expert decorators (Lisa and daughters) and featuring Lisa's famous rum cakes, you'll practice essential techniques such as smooth frosting, piping basics, and simple design accents. You'll work with real cakes that you get to take home (for solo indulgence or sharing), using high-quality ingredients and tools that Lisa has trusted for 50 years and counting.
