Our Italian version of an American classic. One layer of moist Carrot (spice) cake baked with raisins, topped with Vanilla custard, frosted with Lisa's signature Italian whipped cream. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: store sealed in fridge up to one week or in freezer for up to three months. If frozen, thaw overnight in fridge or leave at room temperature for approximately three hours. We recommend serving them cold and icy.
