NEW: a gluten-less version of our Cake Pies. Available in a variety of flavors with the cake layer being gluten-free yellow cake. This cake is made without gluten HOWEVER, we do use shared equipment. While we are very careful to sanitize pans, utensils, and use separate bowls of frosting, custard fillings, etc...we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. Not recommended for celiacs. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: store sealed in fridge up to one week or in freezer for up to three months. If frozen, thaw overnight in fridge or leave at room temperature for approximately three hours. We recommend serving them cold and icy.
