Our Italian version of an American favorite. Small bits of carrot, spices, and raisins make this an extra moist spice cake. No nuts! Just our French Vanilla custard between the layers. Cake is topped with Lisa's Italian whipped cream icing (instead of rich cream cheese).

Fabulous carrot cake

Ordered it for my husband's birthday party since it's his favorite cake. Everyone loved it.

A Little BLISS in each bite!!!!

We had this cake for my mother's 86th b-day. It was beautiful and so delicious. I would recommend this and any of Lisa's cake to everyone ....they take such care with each cake....you can taste the love it's made with.
